FPT Software Support Contracts provide:
- The facility to download and use any new FPT distribution
which is issued within the period of the support contract. (All users
may download any version of FPT, but the licence reverts to a Shareware and
Evaluation licence if the release date of the distribution is later than the
end of the user's support contract).
- E-mail software support. SimCon staff will attempt to analyse problems
and provide work-arounds or corrections to the product. The support e-mail

- Telephone support. Telephone support is provided Monday to Friday, 08:30
to 18:00 U.K. time. The support contact number is (44/0) 1933 664476.
