MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STATEMENTS

Syntax:

MAXIMUM [NUMBER OF] STATEMENTS [:] <integer>

Function:

In FPT 2.2-7 and before, this command is used to limit the size of the program generated by inline expansion of subroutines and loop unwinding. Inline expansion is requested by the commands EXPAND INLINE and INLINE. Loop unwinding is requested by the command UNWIND.

The command is obsolete in FPT versions 3.0-0 and later and is ignored.
